Anonymous auth
No email, no phone, no personal identifier. Supabase anonymous auth — you get a Codename, not an account.
No health data in crash reports
Sentry breadcrumbs strip health-related events. Errors are useful; your data isn't exfiltrated.

If you haven't enabled the optional cloud sync, your data stays encrypted on that device. No server copy exists. That's the trade-off — and it's the default.
Intake data (age, BMI, frequency, goals, lifestyle) is sent to a Supabase Edge Function that returns a personalised plan. If the call fails, a local deterministic engine produces a baseline so you always get a plan.
Yes. 'Export My Data' and 'Clear All Evidence' are surfaced as first-class controls, not buried in settings. You own the off-switch.
